Penis Exercises



Like most body parts, the more you work it, the more "in shape" it will become. Your penis is no different.

You know you have muscles in your groin. Most pro-athletes make a big deal about 'groin pulls'. And a good penile exercise regiment helps tone muscles that you can't see, but you'll know they are there.

Strong muscles can help you exert much more control over your penis as well as enhance the pleasure you receive from sex.

You can control penile movement, as well as have some conscious control over thickness of the shaft and head.

But enough theory, let's get to work. Something to point out...this is about long term health and lasting results. Don't think that years of neglecting your cock exercises can be fixed in 3 nights at home in your bedroom.

As always, start slowly.

Your breathing should never be interrupted... if your sphincter muscles seem to contract that's ok.. but NOT your ass cheeks...keep those relaxed...

Start with a few sets (2 or 3) of ten(10) contractions with a pause after each set of 10.

After a few weeks increase the number of contractions per set with the duration of each contraction becoming longer.
(e.g. Contract, hold for 5-10 seconds, release...contract, hold for 5-10 seconds, release)


You can also practice this action while you are urinating. Continuously starting and stopping the flow will work the muscles while you are doing something you need to take care of anyway.. so kill two birds with one stone.

The more you do them the more you will be able to contract your muscles.

Remember.. consistency is the key to success..

If you cannot now, you should be able to move your cock quite easily with just the contraction of the muscles.
You should be able to make your erection move from pointing at the ground in front of you, to pointing at the other side of the room.

When you are erect, hold the contraction and you will see the shaft and head of your penis grow in size as it swells. (Do this while you are in your partner and watch their response.)
